A failed sump pump or a burst window well seal can put inches of water in your basement in under an hour — our Tellico Plains, TN emergency crews carry extraction pumps and moisture meters to start mitigation the same day you call.
Tellico Plains, TN storms don't wait for business hours, and neither do we — emergency dispatch is staffed around the clock specifically because sump failures and burst pipes have no respect for a normal schedule.
Emergency calls get answered by a real dispatcher, day or night, not a voicemail that gets returned in the morning.
Active flooding gets priority routing ahead of scheduled, non-urgent appointments on the dispatch board.
Emergency dispatch doesn't mean unpredictable pricing — we quote extraction and mitigation work in writing before starting.
Portable pumps, air movers, and dehumidifiers are stocked on emergency trucks so mitigation can start the moment we arrive.
Every Tellico Plains, TN Emergency Waterproofing job starts with an inspection, not a generic package — here's what that typically includes.
Submersible pumps remove standing water fast, whether it's from a failed sump pump, burst pipe, or storm-driven flooding.
A failed sump pump during an active flood gets replaced on the spot when possible, using common models carried on our emergency trucks.
This buys time without leaving the situation to worsen while a permanent fix is planned.
Mitigation documentation is provided for any insurance claim you may need to file.
A bowing or failing foundation wall during active water intrusion gets an emergency structural assessment to determine immediate safety and next steps.
Describe what's happening — active flooding, a failed pump, a burst pipe — and we dispatch based on severity, not a standard appointment queue.
We bring extraction pumps, air movers, and moisture meters on every emergency dispatch.
Longer-term repair recommendations are provided separately once the emergency is stabilized.
Follow-up scheduling for permanent repairs is set up before we leave, so the emergency doesn't just repeat itself.

If safe to do so, move valuables away from rising water and, if you have access to your electrical panel, avoid contact with water near outlets.
This buys time and limits further water intrusion without leaving the situation to worsen.
Final claim approval is always up to your insurance carrier, but we're happy to provide what documentation we can.
You won't need to find a second contractor for the follow-up work.
